Returns and Refunds
SidesMods has a 90-day return policy, meaning you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same unused condition in which you received it. 

To start a return, please contact us at sidesmods@gmail.com.  We will provide instructions to complete your return.  Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer and will not be refunded by SidesMods.

We will notify you once the return parcel is received and confirm your refund.  If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method.  Your refund payment will not include our shipping expenses for your original purchase.  Please remember refund payments may not transfer instantly.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and rectify your issue asap.
