Returns & Refunds
SidesMods has a 90-day return policy, meaning you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same unused condition in which you received it. 

To request a return, you can go to our Returns & Cancellations page or contact us where we will provide instructions to complete your return.  Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer and will not be refunded by SidesMods.

We will notify you once the return parcel is received & your return is processed.  You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method.  Your refund payment will not include shipping expenses.  Your refund will be processed immediately, however please allow up to 48 hours for refund payments to clear.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery & contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or incorrect.  This way we can evaluate & rectify your issue as soon as possible.
