Oil Tank Angle Hose Upgrade Kit to replace the standard low quality leak-prone fitting on KTM, Husqvarna, GasGas TPI two stroke bikes. Replaces stock part number 55738061060. Made from Fluoro Rubber vs the original Nitrile Rubber part, providing additional heat and chemical resistant properties. The last three pictures show the original part vs the upgraded part installed on the bike. Supplied with replacement stainless steel clamps to suit.

Installation:

Remove the fuel tank, exhaust, throttle cables and shock to access oil tank
Remove the oil pump bracket (55738061040)
Unbolting the oil tank can make access easier, although you do not need to completely remove the oil tank.
Ensure the bike is clean to minimise contaminants entering the oil injection system
Remember to prime the oil injection system before riding!
