EGR Cooler Delete Kit / Bypass Kit for Nissan Navara D22 YD25 2.5L diesel engines.
This kit is for vehicles identified by the EGR Cooler mounted at the front of the engine and the EGR valve secured to intake manifold with four bolts.
Will suit:
- Thai built models with VIN number starting "MNT"
- Jap built models with VIN number starting "JN1"

You will be supplied with everything necessary to successfully remove and bypass the EGR cooler, including detailed instructions.
This kit takes a few hours to install with some basic mechanics tools.
This kit will electronically stop EGR operation without causing any fault lights or running concerns. The engine will still run on factory ECU mapping/tables for zero EGR percentage.
