EGR Cooler Delete Kit / Bypass Kit for Nissan Navara D40 YD25 2.5L diesel engines.
This is the kit for Euro 4 style engines, up to 128kW engine, identified by the EGR Cooler mounted at the front of the engine and the EGR valve secured to the intake manifold with four bolts.
Will suit:
- Spain built models with VIN number starting "VSK" built up to 01/2010
- Thai built models with VIN number starting "MNT" all build dates

You will be supplied with everything necessary to successfully remove and bypass the EGR cooler, including detailed instructions.
This kit takes a few hours to install with some basic mechanics tools.
This kit will electronically stop EGR operation without causing any fault lights or running concerns. The engine will still run on factory ECU mapping/tables for zero EGR percentage.

Standard EGR Cooler kit:
- removes the EGR Cooler only and stops EGR operation while the engine is running.
EGR Cooler kit with intake derestriction plate:
- removes the EGR Cooler, the EGR tube inside the intake manifold and stops EGR operation while the engine is running
- maximizes airflow through intake manifold and gives a small increase in low rpm engine torque
Intake Derestriction Kit only:
- removes only the EGR tube inside the intake manifold and stops EGR operation while the engine is running
- still has the risk of the EGR Cooler leaking internally or externally
- maintains "faster engine warm-up" effects from the EGR Cooler, good for very cold climates
