Nissan Navara EGR Cooler Delete Bypass Kit D40 YD25 2.5L Diesel - Euro 5 Style

EGR Cooler Delete Kit / Bypass Kit for Nissan Navara D40 YD25 2.5L diesel engines.

This is the kit for Euro 5 vehicles with 140kW engine, identified by the Egr Cooler mounted above the exhaust manifold.

You will be supplied with everything necessary to successfully remove and bypass the EGR cooler, including detailed instructions.

This kit takes a number of hours to install as the EGR cooler is relatively difficult to access compared to other models.

This kit will electronically stop egr operation without causing any fault lights or running concerns.  The engine will still run on factory ECU mapping/tables for zero egr percentage.

It is also recommended to have your intake system cleaned to return your engine to optimal performance.

Kit is available with and without the additional EGR crossover pipe removal kit, (refer last two pictures or the 'products' tab above).

Note:  this kit will remove the hot-side intercooler pipe mounting bracket.  Although not necessary, we recommend to replace the low quality circlip style intercooler pipes with an aftermarket kit such as the "Plazmaman Circlip Delete Hot Pipe Kit".  This will completely stop the factory intercooler pipes weeping oil.
